- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until it comes off your hand, if you need you can add a little more flour. Store the dough in a plastic bag and take it to the fridge for 3 minutes. After that time, open the dough very thin, cut it into strips and wrap the shape in a light straw shape to fry until golden when it cools down, remove the shape and repeat the process until you finish. Serve with sardine, chicken or Dulce de leche pâté
