Sprinkle Biscuit with Provolone

  • Water | 1/2 cup
  • Milk | 1/4 cup
  • Oil (for the dough) | 1/4 cup
  • Sweet sprinkle | 3 cup
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Coarsely grated provolone cheese | 150 g
  • Whole egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Oil (for frying) |  to taste


  1. Bring the water, milk and oil to a boil. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Then scald the sprinkle with the mixture of boiled liquids. Let cool.
  3. Add the egg and knead with your hand, observing the point of the dough (it should be without sticking to your hands or too dry).
  4. Add the grated cheese and knead well. Roll the cookies into sticks about 1 to 2 cm thick and fry them in warm oil.
  5. Heads up : Always fry the cookies in warm oil. Too hot oil makes the cookies pop. Be careful 😉
