  • Boiled Spinach1 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese2 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Cook the spinach and then drain the water and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add the oil, garlic and onion in a pan and sauté together with the spinach. Adding salt and pepper to taste. Reserve
  3. For the pasta, add all the other ingredients in a bowl, along with the sautéed spinach. Fix salt and pepper.
  4. Add the dough in cupcake molds or other of your choice.
  5. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes and then enjoy.
