Ferva a água e após levantar fervura, coloque o hibisco e a cavalinha. Deixe em infusão por 10 min. Coe o chá e misture o suco do limão e adicione a água com gás. Coloque bastante gelo e finalize com rodelas de laranja.

Boil the water and after boiling, add the hibiscus and mackerel. Leave to infuse for 10 min. Strain the tea and mix the lemon juice and add the sparkling water. Put a lot of ice and finish with orange slices.
