Mozzarella cheese slice2 unit(s)
Cream cheese2 tablespoon
Mashed ricotta2 dessert spoon
Dried Oregano1 coffee spoon

Mix the ricotta with the cream cheese and oregano.
Spread this mixture on the two slices of bread.
Place the mozzarella cheese slices on top of one of the bread slices and close the sandwich.
Bake in a sandwich maker until golden and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
