  • Wheat Flour | 3 cup
  • Butter or margarine | 3 tablespoon
  • Water | 3 cup
  • Chicken stock | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Filling to taste |  to taste


  1. Boil the water, dissolve the broth, salt and margarine or butter.
  2. Add the flour, little by little, to avoid lumps, until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Let it cool and stuff it to taste.
  4. Fry in very hot oil, in small amounts, so they don't get soggy.
  5. Can be frozen.
