Simple chicken coxinha 😋

1 colher de (sopa) de margarina
1/2 cebola picada 
2 dentes de alho amassados
1 Peito de frango cozido e desfiado
Azeitona se for sua preferência
Cheiro verde se for de sua preferência
Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto 

1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 chopped onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
Olive if you prefer
Green smell if that's your preference
Salt and black pepper to taste

A massa .
Leve ao fogo médio o leite ,caldo de galinha,a farinha e a manteiga.
Mexa até soltar da panela .
Reserve .


Mass .
Take the milk, chicken broth, flour and butter to medium heat.

Reserve .


Recheio .
Acrescente o azeite ,o alho e a cebola picada a gosto e deixe dourar .
Logo em seguida acrescente o peito de frango.


Filling .
Add the olive oil, garlic and chopped onion to taste and let it brown.
Then add the chicken breast.


Abra a massa em círculos , acrescente o recheio e faça uma bolinha e logo depois puxe uma pontinha para ficar no formato da coxinha.

Open the dough in circles, add the stuffing and make a little ball and then pull a little point to stay in the shape of the coxinha.

Para fritar.
Passe a coxinha no leite e logo em seguida na farinha de rosca.
(Pode usar ovos no lugar do leite)
Fritar em fogo médio e logo depois se deliciar com sua coxinha 😋

To fry.
Dip the coxinha in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs.
(You can use eggs instead of milk)
Fry over medium heat and then enjoy your coxinha 😋
