- warm milk1 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon

- grated coconut50 g
- Beat the sugar, eggs and butter in a mixer until creamy.
- Then add the sifted flour and milk, beat for 2 minutes.
- Then add the yeast and beat gently for 30 seconds.
- Put it in the shape of your preference greased with butter and flour, and take it to the preheated oven at 180°, it takes 30 to 45 minutes to bake, it will depend a lot on your oven.
- Place the syrup ingredients in a pan and place over medium heat, let it boil for about 4 minutes, throw it on the cake while it is still hot and sprinkle the grated coconut on top.
