- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- In a blender place the eggs, wheat flour, sugar, milk and butter. Beat for two minutes, after that add the yeast and beat some more.
- Cut the bananas into slices and set aside
- Then, butter the mold. (It is not necessary to grease with wheat flour) Then pour the dough that is in the blender in the shape.
- Done that, place the banana slices over the dough and take it to the oven for 40 minutes.
