1½ cup warm milk
Ground pork shank
½ chopped bell pepper
Dry red wine
Put the yeast in the warm milk mix well add to the other ingredients
Knead well and let it rest.
Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients.
Roll out the dough in a round shape and place the stuffing on it.
It's just rolling.
To bake, pass an egg yolk over the breads and sprinkle grated cheese.
Low oven until the buns are golden.
