- Clean the shrimp by removing the shells and head leaving the end of the syrup set aside Boil the shrimp heads in 350ml of water to make the shrimp broth, if you want, add your favorite seasonings. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients except the shrimp and flour. Take to the high fire until it boils, add the flour mix until it starts to release from the pan. Grease a countertop with margarine and let the dough cool on it. With the dough still warm, knead until smooth, then just weigh 30g of dough and shape with the shrimp.
