  • Pastel Dough Pack1 unit(s)
  • Fresh shrimp500 g
  • Chopped tomato1 tablespoon
  • Chopped small onion1 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander1 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Oil for the filling2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil for frying the pastel1 can(s)
  • Catupiry100 ml
  1. Preparation mode In a pan add the oil, the chopped onion and the chopped garlic clove and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp, chopped tomato, coriander and salt and mix well and let it fry for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool. Once cold, add the catupiry and mix and set aside.
  2. On a plate, take the pastry dough, add the stuffing and with the help of the fork, close the pastries. In a pan add the oil and let it heat for 3 minutes and fry the pastries. Then just taste đŸ˜˜â€ïžđŸ€
