  • Pastry dough400 g
  • Shrimp peeled and cleaned400 g
  • Culinary cottage cheese150 g
  • Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt and Pepper0 to taste
  • Oil for frying0 to taste
  1. Heat the olive oil and sauté the shrimp - already season with salt and pepper. As soon as it changes color, add the cottage cheese.
  2. Dissolve the flour in the milk and add little by little stirring non-stop - until it thickens and becomes very creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. With the cold shrimp - stuff the pastel masses.
  4. Then fry in hot oil by immersion or grease with olive oil and bake in the airfreyr. Serve warm.
