  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  1. Open the pumpkin, removing a "lid" and remove the seeds.
  2. Reserve the seeds to use in another preparation.
  3. In a mortar, make a paste by thoroughly crushing three finely chopped garlic cloves, salt and black pepper to taste, half a sliced ​​onion and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Place the paste inside the Pumpkin, rubbing it well inside to season it.
  5. Cover the pumpkin, wrap it with aluminum foil and bake for about an hour, until it is cooked.
  6. Season the shrimp with the juice of one lemon, salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Sauté, in plenty of olive oil, two chopped garlic cloves and one onion.
  8. When they are golden, add the shrimp. Let the shrimp fry a little and separate some to decorate on top of the Pumpkin.
  9. Sauté the shrimp for a few minutes and check the color for doneness when they turn pink.
  10. they will already be cooked and then add two tomatoes and finely chopped parsley or coriander.
  11. Sauté everything until the tomatoes appear cooked and add the Heavy cream and cream cheese. Mix well and add salt.
  12. If necessary, thicken with wheat flour dissolved in water.
  13. Take the Pumpkin out of the oven and remove all the water from inside it.
  14. Then add a little of the filling, stirring with a spoon inside the pumpkin so that it mixes with the shrimp.
  15. Fill with the remaining filling, place the fried prawns on top of the Pumpkin to make it more beautiful and tasty.
  16. Place in the oven to brown for about five minutes and finally finish with parsley to taste.
  17. Serve hot, bon appetit!
