- Vanilla Essence2 tablespoon
- In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. The dough must be very homogeneous and then cover the dough with cling film and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes. After the rest, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and use the cookie cutter of your choice. Place the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Tip: Once baked and cooled, you can also dip the cookie in icing sugar.
