- Butter with salt at room temperature200 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy, then add the vanilla (or whatever else you have at home - I even made it with coffee liqueur and it turned out great!).
- Add the flour and beat until the dough is homogeneous.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the cookies into the size and shape you want, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
