- Wheat flour250 g
- Margarine170 g
- Sugar100 g
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients with your hands until you form a homogeneous mass that doesn't stick to your hands, it looks very similar to pie dough
- Let rest for 15 minutes
- Then model the way you prefer (if you wish you can put guava paste on them), put it in a shape (no need to grease) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
- Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes (depends on your oven), take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool, because when it is hot it will still be a little soft, it will look like it's not even baked, but after it cools you'll see that it will be baked.
- To dip in chocolate, just melt the chocolate, dip the cookies in it and place them on a parchment paper to cool and harden.
