  1. First, heat the oven to 180°.
  2. In a container, place the wheat flour, sugar and the aroma of your choice can be lemon zest or orange zest or vanilla essence. Add lightly beaten eggs and butter. Stir this mixture until it forms a dough. The point of the dough is when it doesn't stick to your hands. Once the dough is ready, put it in a plastic bag and put this dough in the fridge. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes. To help shape the dough, place it between two plastic bags. So it doesn't stick to the roll. Now with a rolling pin open the dough and cut the desired shape. The thickness of the biscuit should be very thin and not too thick. Use various types of cookie cutters. To bake, place the silicone mat in the mold or grease it with butter and flour or use parchment paper. In the oven already preheated to 180° and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. To cover the cookie with chocolate, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and brush over the cookie. Ready now you have a breakfast a super yummy afternoon coffee to delight with the family.
