Braised chicken500 g
Cottage cheese2 unit(s)
Mozzarella Cheese200 g
Butter or margarine50 g

Grease a 25-inch diameter baking dish and place slices of bread standing all around it and then at the bottom of the baking dish;
Cover the slices of bread so that they are at the bottom of the roast with tomato sauce and 1 pot of curd;
Place the chicken stuffing and the other pot of curd on top and the mozzarella cheese on top;
The slices of bread that were left standing in the form are with the ends out, just fold them inwards and you will form a “flower”;
On the slices that were on the edge, as if it were a “flower”, apply butter or margarine so that they do not dry out;
Bake in a medium oven until browned.
