  • Tomato sauce | 1 can(s)
  • Water | 1 l
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1 dessert spoon
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a pan with water add the sausage and let it boil After that drain the water and reserve the sausage
  2. We proceed to the sauce, mince the garlic, add a spoon of oil in another pan, let the garlic brown, add onion, seedless tomatoes and finely chopped peppers
  3. Add the water and the sauce, let it boil for five minutes, then add the sausage.
  4. Add salt to taste and leave on low heat until heated through for two minutes and ready to serve.
