- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, wheat flour, cornflour, yeast, salt, sugar, mustard, milk and oil until a homogeneous mass is formed. Reserve. Cut the sausages in half, dip in the beaten egg and cover with the reserved dough, shaping according to the shape of the sausage. Fry in hot oil until golden and drain on paper towels. Insert a skewer into each one and serve immediately.
