- 2 glasses of water Null: 2 glasses of milk Null: 1 tablet of beef broth Null: 100g of margarina Null: 1 tablespoon of salt Null: 1 beaten egg Null: 5 cups (tea) of wheat flour Null: Boiled sausage8 unit(s)
- Bring the water, milk, beef broth, margarine and salt to a boil in a high pot. Remove from heat and add the flour and egg. Bring to a boil until it comes off the pan. Knead the dough. Open and fill with sausage (you can choose to put it whole or in pieces). Roll into a croquette shape. Dip in milk and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil
