- Milk | 200 ml
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Sugar | 1 dessert spoon
- Oil | 2 tablespoon
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour | 700 g
- Bread Yeast | 50 g
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients leaving the bread yeast last.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes
- Shape and let it rest for another 25 minutes.
- Brush with a yolk
- Bake at 180° for 25/30 minutes
