- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Wheat flour600 g
- warm milk240 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Oil100 ml
- Oregano to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Preheat the oven to maximum. It will only go down a little when you put it to bake, then you can put it at about 250°.
- First you will mix the yeast with the warm milk and oil. Then the sugar, salt and 1 egg. Mix everything and add the flour little by little so you don't miss the point. I hit the mixer because it has its own bread paddle, but you can do this by hand. The point is when it doesn't stick too much to your hand.
- you will knead the dough on the floured counter. You knead until nothing sticks to your hands.
- Let the dough rest in a bowl covered with a cloth for 30 minutes. It will double in size. Then you will take half or a little less and open the dough. Get a roll of cling film and it's perfect.
- Then just put the sausages, make a roll not too curled so there is not too much dough, and brush the other egg on top and you can add oregano if you want.
- Don't put it on the bottom grid EVER! Place on top to bake evenly and not burn. It's really fast about 5 minutes! You saw that it was golden, you can take it off.
