In a pan add the milk, the grated cheese and the salt.
On low heat, bring to a boil
Once it starts to boil, slowly add the flour, stirring constantly.
Stir when it comes off the pan, turn off the heat
Once cool, knead the dough until it is thick and smooth.
Take some of the dough, open and place the sausages in the middle and roll up
Close and repeat the same procedure with the rest of the dough.
Front with hot oil and ready
