  1. Way of doing: Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except the flour. Add the flour slowly so you don't overcook it. Mix slowly and then knead well (I used the planetary mixer, left it for 15 min beating until it was a soft dough and without sticking to the hand). Cover and let rest for 1 hour in the sun. *If it doesn't rise much, there's no problem because it's a dough that doesn't have a core. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Open a piece with a rolling pin until it is very thin, make 2 cm strips as in the photo, take a sausage and roll it into each strip, taking care to seal well between one strip and another. Then cut the sausage into 3 smaller pieces and place on a baking sheet greased with margarine/butter. Brush an egg yolk on top and bake at 180 degrees until golden.
