Sausage10 unit(s)
Water1 cup
Milk120 ml
Margarine1 tablespoon
Salt and seasoning to taste
Wheat flour150 g
Mozzarella cheese5 unit(s)
Egg1 unit(s)
Milk3 tablespoon
Breadcrumbs to taste

Bring water to boil, once it boils add the sausage and leave for 5 minutes,
Drain and leave the sausage to dry,
In another pan, add water, milk and margarine and place over medium heat,
When the margarine melts, add the salt and seasonings,
As soon as it boils, lower the heat and add the wheat flour,
Now stir well until all the "lumps" disappear.
Place the dough on a surface and let it cool slightly.
When it is warm, knead the dough until it is smooth,
Divide the dough into 4,
Take the sausage and make a cut (not too deep),
Roll up half a slice of mozzarella and place it in the cut we made in the sausage,
Go back to the dough, take one of the 4 parts and roll it out with a rolling pin,
Roll up the sausage and cut the dough into a size that fits the entire sausage,
Mix the egg with the milk (add a little salt),
Dip the sausage in egg with milk and breadcrumbs,
Ready, now just fry and enjoy!!!!
