- Pre-heat the oven at 180 ° .
- Place tomatoes, sardines, peas, pepper and thyme in a bowl and stir well - adjust the salt and set aside.
- Put the other ingredients in the blender (except the yeast) and beat well, remove from the blender and gently add the baking powder.
