Limpe as sardinhas, coloque em um recepiente de vidro, amasse bem e acrescente a cebola, cenoura, salsa e cebolinha.
Misture bem e acrescente aos poucos um pouco de creme de leite e maionese, até ficar da textura desejada.
Sirva com torradas.



Clean the sardines, place in a glass container, mash well and add the onion, carrot, parsley and chives.
Mix well and gradually add a little cream and mayonnaise, until you get the desired texture.
Serve with toast.
