- Large carrot, finely grated1 unit(s)
- parsley1 to taste
- Chives, finely chopped1 unit(s)
- box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- mayonnaise2 cup
- Olives1 to taste
- Clean the sardines, place in a glass container, mash well and add the onion, carrot, parsley and chives. Mix well and gradually add a little cream and mayonnaise, until you get the desired texture. Serve with toast.
