  • Large carrot, finely grated1 unit(s)
  • parsley1 to taste
  • Chives, finely chopped1 unit(s)
  • box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • mayonnaise2 cup
  • Olives1 to taste
  1. Clean the sardines, place in a glass container, mash well and add the onion, carrot, parsley and chives. Mix well and gradually add a little cream and mayonnaise, until you get the desired texture. Serve with toast.
