  • Coriander to taste
  • Liquid milk200 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • grated cheese1 to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Oil50 ml
  1. In a pan, sauté the seasonings, then add the sardines already cleaned and let it sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. In the blender add oil, eggs, milk, salt, flour, until a homogeneous mass, finally the yeast
  3. In a greased roast, place the beaten dough then add the stuffing on top and the grated cheese, bake for approximately 35 minutes.
