  • Milk2 cup
  • Sardine4 can(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Shredded framb cheese1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  1. Place the eggs, milk, grated cheese, oil, salt and olive oil in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat for another 3 minutes and set aside.
  3. Grease a pan with oil and place half the dough
  4. On a plate, shred the sardines and mix with the tomato, onion, pepper and place on top of the pasta.
  5. Put the rest of the dough and a little grated cheese to taste and take it to the oven for 25 minutes at 180° until baked and golden.
