- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Place the eggs, milk, grated cheese, oil, salt and olive oil in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat for another 3 minutes and set aside.
- Grease a pan with oil and place half the dough
- On a plate, shred the sardines and mix with the tomato, onion, pepper and place on top of the pasta.
- Put the rest of the dough and a little grated cheese to taste and take it to the oven for 25 minutes at 180° until baked and golden.
