  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Salt01 dessert spoon
  • Wheat flour02 cup
  • Corn starch1/2 cup
  • Milk300 ml
  • Baking powder (royal powder)01 tablespoon
  • sausage to taste
  • Onion01 tablespoon
  • Chives to taste
  • Oil02 tablespoon
  • Garlic01 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  1. Start by preparing the filling.
  2. Chop the garlic, onion, sausage, chives and set aside.
  3. In a pan put the 02 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic and onion. Then add the sausage, a little tomato sauce and water and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. While the sauce cools, prepare the pasta.
  5. Place the eggs, milk, oil, salt, wheat flour and cornstarch in a blender and blend well.
  6. Finally add the yeast and mix well.
  7. In a greased and floured shape, place half the dough, the stuffing, the rest of the dough.
  8. Finally, decorate with the rest of the sauce as I did.
  9. Take it to the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200° and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool and if you want you can turn it onto a plate. Now it's just a delight.
  11. I used sausage, but you can make it with whatever stuffing you like best.
