  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Tomato sauce1/2 can(s)
  • Oregano, cumin, pepper, turmeric to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. For the stuffing: sauté the ground beef with a drizzle of olive oil
  2. Add the onion, tomato and pepper and sauté well.
  3. Add the seasonings to taste and the tomato sauce and a little water to cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the corn without the water and the green smell and finish the sauce by hitting the salt and set it aside
  5. For the dough: in a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, and salt.
  6. Add the flour and beat again until everything is mixed.
  7. Add the yeast and beat again to mix.
  8. In a rectangular shape greased with oil, add half the dough, all the stuffing and the rest of the dough.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until completely baked.
  10. Remove and let cool and serve!
