- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Ground beef1 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)

- Tomato sauce1/2 can(s)
- Oregano, cumin, pepper, turmeric to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- For the stuffing: sauté the ground beef with a drizzle of olive oil
- Add the onion, tomato and pepper and sauté well.
- Add the seasonings to taste and the tomato sauce and a little water to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the corn without the water and the green smell and finish the sauce by hitting the salt and set it aside
- For the dough: in a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, and salt.
- Add the flour and beat again until everything is mixed.
- Add the yeast and beat again to mix.
- In a rectangular shape greased with oil, add half the dough, all the stuffing and the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until completely baked.
- Remove and let cool and serve!
