- Water to taste
- Small cubed ham100 g
- Diced Mozzarella100 g
- Chives1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Oil1 l
- In a bowl, add the flour, mozzarella, ham, chives and salt and mix.
- Gradually add the water and mix until the dough softens so that it forms balls with the spoon.
- Fry in medium oil
- Let it brown on both sides and then serve.
