  • Salmon300 g
  • Panko flour400 g
  • Water2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  • Oil500 ml
  • green pepper1/3 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/3 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1/3 unit(s)
  • White onion1/3 unit(s)
  • Cream cheese100 g
  • Hondashi, ajinomoto and black pepper to taste
  1. In a skillet over low heat, add butter, add the salmon and let it grill to the point, and set aside.
  2. Chop the peppers and onion into very small cubes, place on a platter add the grilled salmon, hondashi, ajinomoto and black pepper to taste
  3. Mix well breaking the salmon with a fork or spatula, add the cream cheese, mix add the panko flour little by little until you can make balls with the dough
  4. Take the dough from the small balls and set aside
  5. Dough for breading, beat the egg, add the wheat flour, add the water and beat again, reserve in a bowl
  6. Take the remaining panko flour put it on a platter, take the balls dip into the dough then put it in the panko flour to coat, done that set it aside
  7. In a pan, over medium heat, put the oil and let it heat up, and place the croquettes to fry, leave until golden. Tip serve it with barbecue sauce or rosé sauce
