  • Mayonnaise100 g
  • toast100 g
  • Kani-kama50 g
  • Mango Tome1/2 unit(s)
  • Seasoning and salt to taste
  1. Place the skillet on low heat, add the olive oil, add the salmon and salt to taste, let it grill until done.
  2. Cut the mango and kani-kama into small cubes, and set aside
  3. Place the grilled salmon on a small platter, break it up with a spatula.
  4. Add mayonnaise, kani-kama, and mango to the grilled salmon and mix.
  5. Take the breadsticks, and place a little of the salmon mixture on each one.
