- Mayonnaise100 g
- toast100 g
- Kani-kama50 g
- Mango Tome1/2 unit(s)
- Seasoning and salt to taste
- Place the skillet on low heat, add the olive oil, add the salmon and salt to taste, let it grill until done.
- Cut the mango and kani-kama into small cubes, and set aside
- Place the grilled salmon on a small platter, break it up with a spatula.
- Add mayonnaise, kani-kama, and mango to the grilled salmon and mix.
