- Margarine500 g
- Refined sugar300 g
- Egg white200 g
- Vanilla essence10 g
- Place the sugar, a quarter of the egg whites and the margarine in the bowl of the mixer, beat on high speed until creamy.
- Add the rest of the egg whites and beat for 10 minutes on high speed.
- Add the flour and mix by hand until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- With the help of a pastry strainer and a No. 3 curly nozzle, drip the cookies onto clean baking sheets in the desired shape and size.
- Bake in an oven at 160 degrees.
- The baking time will depend on the size of the cookies.
