- Coarse salt1 dessert spoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the potato into long strips of 1 cubic cm thick.
- In a bowl mix the potato with the oil, coarse salt and pepper. Well spread.
- In a pan with a grill, bake for about 35 minutes at 200g or until golden brown. After 20 minutes, turn the potatoes to cook evenly. Serve with your favorite sauce.
