  • 1 kilo Pastel Roll1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella Cheese300 g
  • Ham300 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Open the pastry dough on the countertop;
  2. Place the sliced ham, cheese, tomato and oregano;
  3. Roll up like a rocambole and transfer to a greased shape;
  4. Squeeze the ends of the roulade well so the filling doesn't leak, if you want use a fork to press;
  5. Spread egg or butter on the surface;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden.
