- Cottage cheese1/2 cup
- grated mozzarella200 g
- Shredded Ham200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, grate the potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, mix the cheese, mozzarella and ham. Reserve
- In a skillet, heat the butter and oil. Cover the entire skillet with a part of the potato and leave until the edges start to brown.
- Stuff with the mozzarella cheese and ham mixture and cover with the rest of the potato, pressing to compact.
- Let it cook for another 10 minutes, turn and leave the same time so that both sides are golden. Finish with chives and it's ready to serve! Accompanying a salad of leaves!
