In a bowl, grate the potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In another bowl, mix the cheese, mozzarella and ham. Reserve
In a skillet, heat the butter and oil.
Cover the entire skillet with a part of the potato and leave until the edges start to brown.
Stuff with the mozzarella cheese and ham mixture and cover with the rest of the potato, pressing to compact.
Let it cook for another 10 minutes, turn and leave the same time so that both sides are golden.
Finish with chives and it's ready to serve!
Accompanying a salad of leaves!
