- margarine2 tablespoon
- cornmeal1 cup
- wheat13 cup
- sugar3/4 cup
- milk200 ml
- yeast1/2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the margarine, sugar and milk.
- Take it to the fire, as soon as it boils add the cornmeal at once and stir, let it cook for about 2 min.
- Take this mixture and take it to the mixer, gradually add the eggs, on medium speed.
- Finally add the wheat already mixed with the yeast stir gently. I put it in cupcake molds.
- And I added a little piece of cheese and guava in the middle.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 25 minutes or until golden.
