- water120 ml
- sliced mozzarella cheese80 g
- sliced cooked ham160 g
- sliced tomatoes60 g
- Oregano to taste
- egg yolk1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix wheat flour, sugar and baking powder. Then add salt, oil, water and mix again until you form a dough.
- Spread wheat flour on a countertop and beat the dough until it's homogeneous. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and add mozzarella cheese, ham, tomato and oregano. Roll up the dough.
- Place the dough on a floured baking sheet, cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Brush the egg yolk onto the dough and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
