  • sugar6 g
  • dry yeast5 g
  • salt7 g
  • oil60 ml
  • water120 ml
  • sliced ​​mozzarella cheese80 g
  • sliced ​​cooked ham160 g
  • sliced ​​tomatoes60 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • egg yolk1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, sugar and baking powder. Then add salt, oil, water and mix again until you form a dough.
  2. Spread wheat flour on a countertop and beat the dough until it's homogeneous. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Open the dough with a rolling pin and add mozzarella cheese, ham, tomato and oregano. Roll up the dough.
  4. Place the dough on a floured baking sheet, cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Brush the egg yolk onto the dough and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
