In a bowl place the dry ingredients, then the liquids, add the milk slowly and stir.
Remove from the basin and knead it well, return it to the basin and cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
Then knead more and make balls, make the rolls, grease a shape with oil and place the rolls, let them rise until they double in volume.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden, as soon as you brush margarine on top.
Note: I didn't put gem on top
