  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • milk | 700 ml
  • condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sugar | 0 to taste
  • cinnamon | 1 tablespoon
  • Bread (can be French, milk, form...) | 0 to taste

Recipe

  1. Grease a baking sheet well with butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
  2. Arrange the buns all over the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Beat the eggs, condensed milk, milk and cinnamon in a blender
  4. Pour the liquid on the buns
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes (until golden). 180°C
  6. 📍 Obs.: Put the liquid on each slice of bread, or if you prefer soak the bread in the liquid and put it in the roast.
