- Wheat flour700 g
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix.
- Knead the dough for 6 minutes until it becomes more elastic.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Open the dough and fill as you wish. It can be cheese and ham, sausage, hamburger, whatever you prefer.
- Brush an egg yolk over the pastries
- And bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
