- Water, 1 and ½. cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Yeast20 g
- Oil (½). ml
- Cheese200 g
- Sausage2 unit(s)
- Two gems2 unit(s)
- Mix the dry ingredients with a spoon.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix with a spoon until you can't get any more.
- Knead the dough for at least 10 min, if you have a planetary mixer you can make the entire recipe in it.
- After kneading and very smooth, let it rest until it doubles in size.
- Prepare your stuffing, I like shredder the cheese and pepperoni, but the stuffing is on your own.
- Roll out the dough in the shape you like and fill it.
- Let it rest a little longer, then spread the egg yolk on top, bake until golden (200 degrees), or in the air fryer which is much faster, it takes about 5 minutes to be ready.
