put the kibbeh flour in a bowl, and cover with warm water. Let it rest for an hour. Then you will squeeze to remove the excess water, this procedure can be done with your hands or with a clean dish towel.
After this process, we are going to season our kibbeh, chop mint leaves, parsley, salt, add olive oil and chopped pitted tomato
In a pan, make the ground meat to your liking, leave it very dry.
sauté the spinach with garlic and olive oil, season with salt and set aside
